Anything infused with Rosemary is destined for greatness — and this Rosemary & Tūfah Whiskey Cocktail is no different. Very similar to an Old Fashioned, this cocktail combines your favorite whiskey, rosemary, and apple syrup for a tasty beverage you’re sure to enjoy.

  • 80ml of your favorite Whiskey
  • 30ml Tūfah Syrup
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig
  • Ice

  • Infuse the cup with Rosemary: Lightly burn the rosemary sprig & put the cup above the fume for 2 minutes.
  • Add Ice to the infused cup: Add ice to your liking
  • Add the Whiskey: Add the whiskey on the rocks
  • Top it with Tūfah: Let the sangria chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig & serve.
