½ Tufah Apple syrup,
¼ Apple cider vinegar,
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard,
2 crushed cloves of garlic,
½ teaspoon of smoked paprika,
½ teaspoon of black pepper,
½ teaspoon salt, ( adjust to taste),
Optional: hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
