Tufah

Wash the Lemon fruits thoroughly.
Remove the peel from the Lemon fruits and cut them into 4 or 6 pieces (depending on the size of the fruit).
Pour the Tufah Apple Syrup over the Lemon slices, and serve.
Squeeze the Lemon slices with the Apple Syrup with your hands to get as much juice as possible.
Depending on your preference, add some water.
Allow them to settle in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a jug and top with plenty of ice.
You can alter the sweetness of the mixture by adding more Tufah Apple Syrup to taste.
