1 Ripe Banana

¼ Cup Rolled Oat
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Tufah apple Syrup

Mix all Ingredient Together to have a Smooth Dough,
Heat the frying Pan,
In an anti Adhesive Heated Pan (you can add on the pan some butter for more taste),
Poor on the Pan a Full Tablespoon from the Dough,
Cook for 2 or 3 min then Flip, Continue Cooking Until Browned on Both Sides.
Take your Apple Syrup and Poor it on the Top, you can also use Chocolate Apple Syrup Sauce ( See Recipe Number:...)
