It is a mix of sweet and tasty apples varieties from the high mountains of Lebanon, Apples are crushed and pressed to fresh juice, then boiled until it reaches a 67-69 degree Brix.
The Brix can be modified according to your needs.

In all of your recipes, apple syrup is used in place of refined sugar, maple syrup, honey, and so on.
